Gerster TechTex offers woven fabrics with open, lattice-like structuresin which the threads are woven at regular intervals, creating spaces that air, light or allow liquids to pass through.
The following are used natural fibre yarns such as cotton, wool, or flax, as well as synthetic yarns polyester, polypropylene, polyamides (thermoplastics), and Trevira CS®. The range is complemented by yarns made from natural polymers such as viscose and rayon, high-strength fibers such as Dyneema® and aramid, and non-combustible materials and engineering plastics such as PTFE, PVDF, PEEK, and PPS. The fabrics are bidirectional aligned and manufactured with twisted bonds using melt yarns. The widths can be customized individually. up to 320 cm.
Due to their open structure, these fabrics are characterized by their light weight in addition, different mesh sizes can be achieved. Customized Requirements can be implemented flexibly, and fixed windings in roll lengths are possible.
