Gerster TechTex presents the non-combustible fiber composite NFW®, which consists of AR glass combined with a ceramic matrix. The fabrics are bidirectional and can be customized to widths of up to 260 centimeters. The classic canvas weave ensures a robust and uniform structure.
This special fabric was developed in close cooperation with our partner Keraguss and is particularly suitable for hand lay-up processes.
NFW® impresses with its proven non-combustibility according to the highest class A1, meeting stringent fire protection requirements. Additionally, customer-specific adaptations are always possible to optimally support your specific projects.
Twist-free fabrics in the warp and weft directions ensure consistent high quality. Roll lengths with fixed windings are available up to 5000 meters and offer an economical solution for your production.
With a Temperature resistance up to 1000 degrees Celsius , the non-combustible composite NFW® from Gerster TechTex is the reliable choice for applications demanding the highest levels of safety and heat resistance.
