Gerster TechTex manufactures Spiral tapes made from high-quality materials such as carbon, glass, flax, basalt, and aramid, as well as hybrid variants specially designed for rotationally stressed components have been developed. The widths of our spiral belts are individually adjustable and range up to 280 millimeters.
With a minimum diameter of 50 millimeters and no upper limit, even complex component geometries cover. The fiber alignment is unidirectional, bidirectional, radial or in the circumferential direction possible. Various types of weaves such as plain, twill, satin, or Panama, as well as unidirectional fabrics, are also available.
