Gerster TechTex offers braided hoses from a diverse selection of materials, including natural fibre yarns such as cotton, wool and flax, as well as synthetic yarns such as polyester, polypropylene, polyamide and Trevira CS®. The range is complemented by yarns made from natural polymers such as viscose and rayon, high-strength fibers such as Dyneema® and aramid, as well as engineering plastics such as PTFE, PVDF, PEEK and PPS. The hoses have a standard diameter of 50 mm and are available in a +/- 45° Alignment manufactured.
The braided hoses protect Reliably protects pipes and rotationally symmetrical, straight and curved bodies from mechanic and thermal stresses. By adjusting the braiding angles, components of different shapes can be accommodated. close-fitting and form-fitting envelope, whereby the diameters can be individually adjusted. It is also possible to interweave bodies.
The hoses are seamless and feature high resilience and burst resistance. They offer uniform shrinkage behaviour and constant material thickness, even on curves and edges. Customised adjustments can be made without any problems.
