// Three-dimensional. Flexible. Efficient.
Gerster TechTex manufactures three-dimensional layings from a diverse selection of materials, including natural fibre yarns such as cotton, wool and flax, as well as synthetic yarns such as polyester, polypropylene, polyamide and Trevira CS®. The range is complemented by synthetic yarns made from natural polymers such as viscose and rayon, high-strength fibers such as Dyneema® and aramid, as well as non-combustible materials and engineering plastics such as PTFE, PVDF, PEEK and PPS.
The sheets are available in widths of up to 42 cm and are multi-layered, with a maximum thickness of up to 15 mm. Flat contours can be flexibly implemented according to customer requirements, with unidirectional, bidirectional, 0/90 and +/- 45° alignments.
A particular advantage lies in the low-waste production, as individual layers are connected by sewing threads, thus forming a cost-effective production in a single step. Customised adaptations and sampling are possible at any time.
