\/\/ Efficient flow control for modern manufacturing
At Gerster TechTex, we develop innovative solutions for modern manufacturing technologies. Our Flow channels (VAP)<\/strong>, made from high-quality polyester (PES), are specially designed for use in vacuum infusion process<\/strong> and VAP (Vacuum Assist Product). With widths of 10 mm bis 200 mm<\/strong>, with a standard thickness of 3.7 mm and a self-adhesive option, they are easy to handle and versatile in use \u2013 even with complex geometries.

The knitted structure<\/strong> made of monofilament loops creates numerous small flow channels, which even distribution<\/strong> of the resin and stabilise the process. The flat shape ensures that impressions are minimised. Our flow channels are adaptable and allow for branches and intersections, enabling flexible production design. A variant with increased flow rate<\/strong> (HFR) is available for large-area applications and is temperature-resistant up to 180 \u00b0C.

Thanks to their easy formability<\/strong> and stable flow front<\/strong> our flow channels support precise resin flow and air removal on both the resin and vacuum sides.
