\/\/ Optimized power flow, maximum stability
Gerster TechTex manufactures Corner reinforcements <\/strong>made from high-quality materials such as carbon, glass, flax, basalt, aramid, and hybrid variants. The diameters can be individually adjusted from 3 to 35 millimeters. Several unidirectional <\/strong>or twisted cords <\/strong>different diameters are combined into a complex structure by wrapping them with auxiliary threads. three-dimensional corner reinforcement <\/strong>held together.

These reinforcements are ideal as Fillers in edges<\/strong> and corners <\/strong>effectively preventing the formation of resin-rich areas. Their easy integration into preforms simplifies the manufacturing process, supporting Z-, T-, H-, and L-profiles. Orientation can be unidirectional or twisted, and triangular shapes as well as single- or double-sided lips and flanges are also possible.

The corner reinforcements ensure a good resin impregnation<\/strong> and are optimally suited for processes such as Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), vacuum infusion, and pultrusion.

Their multi-layer construction increases the component strength<\/strong>, by Optimize force flow lines<\/strong>. Our flexible production capabilities allow for a wide range of geometries. Delivery is continuous on rolls, guaranteeing cost-efficient manufacturing.<\/p><\/div>
